I could hardly imagine that guys over at FaceBook had actually developed their own JS framework for use. Actually, FB have introduced some nice elements for UI (nothing new but used in very nice way). This little baby really packs a punch (and it does it in under 10KBs). It is well documented, and you can read the manual at the Facebook wiki.
